Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £12.00

Bespoke & Personalised Orders
Bespoke and personalised pieces are individually handcrafted and may take up to 4 weeks to complete before dispatch.
The estimated completion time will always be discussed and agreed with you before your purchase is confirmed, so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation of shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
When you buy goods from Snooty Ooty, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you change your mind. This however excludes personalised and custom made items and for hygiene reasons earrings unless, as detailed above they, are faulty or misdescribed.
If you do wish to a return an item please contact us within 14 days at snootyooty@outlook.com so that we can discuss and arrange the return of the goods. They must be returned with a receipt and in the original packaging and unused. On receipt of the items assuming it meets all requirements we will then contact you to issue a refund or exchange.
As Snooty Ooty also operates online you have additional legal rights
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren’t faulty. You do not have to provide a reason.
If you do wish to cancel or return your order you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods and you then have another 14 days to return the item to us
